AWARD WINNING CARE
After 10 years of practice in Sandstone, MN and 5 months in New Zealand, Shawn Bode, MD and his staff have been proud and privileged to serve the community of Cromwell and surrounding area since 2008. We enjoy a family atmosphere in this clinic and hope you feel it as well.
We are an independent clinic, part of the Integrity Physician Network (a group of independent MN clinics working together for quality healthcare). We are fully credentialed by insurances such as Medica, Preferred One, Health Partners, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UCare, Unicare, Humana FFS and PPO, Select Care, United Healthcare, Medicare, Three Rivers, Minnesota Medicaid, America's PPO, and others.
Cromwell Medical Clinic strives to remain a leader in quality health care and consistently scores high in Minnesota quality measures. In 2011 Cromwell Medical Clinic was one of the few clinics receiving the MN Bridges To Excellence (MNBTE) Quality Award for Optimal Diabetes Care.
In 2012, Cromwell Medical Clinic again stepped up to receive the MNBTE award for High Quality Care. They were the only clinic in NE Minnesota so honored. 552 Minnesota practices were rated. We are happy to report that Cromwell Medical Clinic was rated #1 in the Northeast Region and number 31 out of almost 600 in the state for diabetes care! To see the full listing, pick up the October issue of Consumer Reports Health magazine or visit www.mnhealthscores.org. We would like to thank the city of Cromwell and the surrounding area for the tremendous support we have received.
